Locally-owned and loved
When founder Omar Kasim informed his parents that he was foregoing law school to open a restaurant, an industry he had no experience in, they reacted about as well as one would expect. However, upon the opening it was apparent that Con Quesos was going to defy the odds and succeed. Omar’s story as a restaurant owner is filled with ups and downs, from abruptly being forced out by an investor to returning to the restaurant as its sole owner a year later, the Con Quesos journey has been featured on USA Today, Access Hollywood, and more. Ultimately, Omar’s relentless emphasis on providing customers a memorable experience has been the driving factor to the business’ fortitude.

Our Menu
Con Quesos menu consists of tacos infused with cuisines from around the world. Customers can choose from traditional options such as the Los Cabos or Condesa as well as fusion options such as the Bombay or Santorini. In addition to offering tacos, Con Quesos also offers specialty cheese dips. Cheese dip was invented in Arkansas and is where the Con Quesos name came from.
Dietary Restrictions
We understand that some of our customers may have dietary restrictions. If you have a dietary restriction, don't worry--we thought about you when we created our menu. Con Quesos offers gluten-free substitutes such as corn tortillas with all of our tacos. We also have vegetarian options that are some our personal favorites.
